The service is designed to support anyone who may:

Have difficulty opening packaging or reading labels
Manage several medicines or a complex regimen
Have visual, memory, or dexterity difficulties
Need support to remain independent at home

Following a consultation and assessment, we can provide personalised support such as:

Including eye drop guides, inhaler devices, and daily pill boxes for different needs.
Reminder Charts and Medication Lists
Visual aids that help you or your carers stay on track.
Larger Print Labels
For easier reading and understanding of instructions.
Simplified Dosing Regimens
We can liaise with your GP to make your routine more manageable.
Pill Cutters, Crushers, and Poppers
Tools to make handling tablets easier.
Monitored Dosage Systems (MDS trays)
Easy-to-use weekly pill organisers that clearly show what to take and when.
All support is tailored to your needs and preferences. You’re in control of the support you receive, and your GP and carers will only be involved with your permission.
