Prescription Collection from G.P. Surgeries, Dispensing & Home Delivery

We regularly collect prescriptions from all local G.P. surgeries. If you would like us to collect & dispense your prescription(s) :

  Contact G.P. surgery to request your prescription(s), instruct surgery staff to leave prescription(s) for “Helen’s Bay Pharmacy Collection“

or if you order online with your G.P. surgery :- Nominate “Helen’s Bay Pharmacy” as your Pharmacy (pick-up point).

Most surgeries currently require 48-72 hours to issue repeat prescriptions then have them checked and signed by a G.P., ready for collection.calander

Please allow a further 24 hours for us to collect your prescriptions from the GP surgery & dispense your medicines ready for pick-up or home delivery.

We can text you when your prescription is dispensed and ready.*

Please note : It is illegal for pharmacists to supply “prescription only medicines” without being in possession of a signed prescription, or having prior authorisation from the prescribing G.P. , except in an emergency.
