 The Autumn/Winter Flu/Covid Booster Campaigns will commence on the 7th October 26

 walk-in clinics :

WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS

10:30 – 12:30

To save time, please fill out and submit the forms (links below) prior to attendance, however hard copies are available to fill out in the pharmacy if you prefer. 

The injections are in to one or both deltoid muscle(s) (top of the arm), please wear suitable clothing (tee shirt, short sleeve shirt)
